The client does NOT have permission to use my art in any sort of AI or image-generation training.

I have the right to refuse any commission request.

No refunds will be given, unless I am physically unable to complete the request.

Payments will be accepted in USD through Paypal invoice only.

Payment is due upfront, or 50% upfront, and 50% after approved sketch.

I will not proceed with a commission request until payment is received.

Changes may be made for free during the sketch phase (within reason), but may incur a charge during later phases.

I retain full rights to the artwork, and the client may not use/sell the art commercially.

However, the client may purchase a commercial license for an extra fee.

The client retains rights to any original character(s) featured in the artwork.

The client may use/post the artwork on social media, but credit must be given, and the image must be watermarked.

Prices listed are subject to change based on complexity of the requested piece.

I have the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or otherwise poor behavior by the client, or other circumstances which might prevent me from completing the request.

I will send updates to each client periodically, but the client may check in with me occasionally if they wish.

I reserve the right to post works in progress and/or final commissioned pieces on my social media.

I will not create works featuring gore, complicated machinery, nsfw, hate/discriminatory themes, religion, politics, or fetishes.

I reserve the right to update/alter commissioned pieces for the purpose of posting on social media/portfolio websites.
